In the interests of road safety
(1) Sight lines of 2 metres by 36 metres shall be provided to facilitate adequate visibility to vehicles emerging from the proposed access on to Richmond Road; and (2) Dropped kerbs shall be installed at the junction of the proposed access and Richmond Road.
