In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby REFUSE the application made by you on behalf of Tumblety & Kelly Ltd. for Erection of nine lock up garages, land at Grays Gardens, rear of May Hill, Ramsey for the following reasons:-

The lanes serving the proposed garages are unsuitable, in terms of width, geometry and state of repair, to take more traffic; the lack of an apron in front of the garages would lead to obstruction of the lane whilst drivers open and shut garage doors; poor visibility at the corner would be perpetuated by the proposed construction.
