Re: Proposed Conservatory Adjoining Café Eden Park, Cool Road, Braddan.

Further to our on site visit and conversation re the above subject I write to confirm that this department has no objection to the scheme subject to the following:

The installing of automatic smoke detection conforming to BS5839 Part 1 2002 within the conservatory and linked in to the existing fire alarm system.

The installing of additional illuminated Fire Exit signage within the conservatory conforming to BS5266 Part 1 1999.

The final exit doors from the conservatory to be of the same unit exit width as the existing doors and to have the relevant Push Bars to open signage affixed to the same.
