In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 2 August 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan and drawing no. AT756.2 date stamped the 30th June 2006.
- The glass annotated as being obscured, as shown on drawing no. At756.2 date stamped the 30th June 2006, must be glazed and maintained thereafter using obscured glass with a level of obscuration no less than level 5 as detailed on the Pilkington’s textured glass range or equivalent.
- The accommodation hereby permitted above the garage may be used only in association with the main house, no. 115 King Edward Road, and for purposes ancillary or incidental to its use as a single dwellinghouse.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed on the roof slopes of the building hereby approved.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
