3rd April 2006
Mr C R Christopher Director of Properties Department of Transport Sea Terminal Douglas
Dear Mr Christopher Re Sea Terminal Improvements – Peveril Square Your department has discussed these proposals with the Steam Packet Company and we can confirm we support the proposed scheme.
At present the timely discharge and loading of vessels can be adversely affected by the existing road layout which can on occasion contribute to congestion issues within the port, potential delays to scheduled departures and inconvenience for the travelling public, particularly at busier periods.
Yours sincerely
Mark Woodward Operations Director
