In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 7 July 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the continued use of the land as residential garden as shown drawing numbers 4015-LP and 4015-SP Rev A date stamped 28th April 2006.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no greenhouses, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages shall be erected within the extended residential curtilage (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
NOTE For the avoidance of doubt, this planning permission does not confer any right to erect a greenhouse as shown in drawing number 4015-SP Rev A
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
