Land to rear of Olinda, South Cape, Laxey. The Senior Planning Officer is requested to consider a request to extend the expiry date of the above approved approval in principle planning application, which currently expires on the 14th July 2008, for an additional period of two years. I can see particular reason not extend the period of approval and recommend that the request be accepted, with the developer advised accordingly.
