In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Dandara Commercial Ltd for amendment to approved recycling and storage compound (PA03/1574/B) to allow additional storage uses on land adjacent to Energy from Waste Facility, Richmond Hill, Braddan, subject to compliance with the following conditions.
- This approval relates to drawing Nos. 1141-02 and 1141-03 date-stamped 19 January 2006.
- The storage framework constructed of scaffolding shall not at any time exceed 3m in height and shall not be enclosed by sheeting or boarding of any form.
