I judge it to be acceptable; but members may wish to consider the suggestion from LA and Mr. D. that there should be tree-planting. 4. The nearby appearance would, in my judgment, be improved. I have the previous proposal available if you wish to compare the schemes. 5. The issue of the dwelling continuing to be available for age occupation is a difficult one.
