Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of Foxdale Primary School, an existing modern facility in the heart of Foxdale opposite the industrial area and to the immediate south of the River Neb.
The site is designated as "Primary School" and "Playing Field" on the Foxdale Local Plan approved by Tynwald in 1999.
Proposed here is the creation of five ramped accesses on each side of the building. Each ramp incorporates a galvanised handrail and concrete sloped access and none adversely affects the appearance of the building but will greatly improve its accessibility.
Patrick Parish Commissioners indicate that they have no objection to the application and there are no other views on the file.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the installation of disabled persons’ access ramps as shown in drawings D01, D02Rev B, D03, D04 and the submitted photographs all received on 14th December, 2005.
