In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 6 January 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to use of the site as a car-park for a period of two years from the date of this notice; at the expiry of this period, the use as a car-park must cease unless there is by that date planning approval for a further period.
- Details of the retained boundary walling and any proposed fencing must be submitted to and approved by the Department prior to the commencement of the proposed use.

- Subject to the above condition, the works must be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations/proposals included in
(a) the Structural Report received on the 15th December 2005; and (b) the Method Statement received on the 23rd December 2005.
- Subject to the above conditions, this relates to drawings numbered 2178/01 and 2178/02 date-stamped 31st October 2005.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
