   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   This approval relates to drawing no.s 469/006, 469/008, 469/009 and 469/010 date stamped the 30th September 2005 and drawing no. 469/011 rev. A date stamped the 5th December 2005.

   Condition 3

   Prior to the commencement of the construction of the dwelling the vehicular access must be set out in accordance with the approved drawings.
