The building is Reg'd (No. RB281) and is within The Promenades Conservation Area. 3. The application (for planning approval and RB consent) seeks to (a) install a "fresh air inlet ventilation ducting" on the flat roof at the rear (retrospective); and (b) install two air-bricks in the W. gable. 4. The principal issue is whether "(a)" results in noise sufficient to disturb the occupants of Erin Brae. "(b)" would make only very modest impact.
