Will they open the same way? In other words, will they be sliding sashes, even though PVC? In a rather built-up and urbanised area but not clear on the N.E.Sector Plan whether this area is zoned 'Res' or not. If it is, we can raise no objections.

As part of the overall scheme, we see no objection to this conversion/restoration but prefer that the existing stonework (on at least the one good elevation illustrated) remains NOT rendered. This would accord with Policy both in terms of Circular 3/89 Para 4(a) and also with the emerging Strategic Plan.
