The application proposed the erection of an agricultural building at Ballakilpheric Farm Footpath from Ballakilpheric Chapel to A36 Ballakilpheric, Colby, Isle of Man IM9 4BT, in the Malew parish (ref 05/01045/B). Condition 1

Condition 3
The building must be finished in dark green coloured sheeting and dark grey for the roofing. Any amendment to this colour scheme must be approved by the Planning Authority.
Condition 4
The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
Condition 5
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
