Officer's Report
There are no neighbouring properties which the proposed extension could have any impact on the residential amenities.
In respect of the impact on the visual amenities of the street scene, the proposed extension will be partially visible from the public highway of the B3. The extension is set approximately 12m away from the public highway. The extension will not project beyond the side building line of the main dwellinghouse. I do not feel the proposed extension will have a detrimental impact on the visual amenities of the street scene or the surrounding locality.
