Condition 1

Condition 2
This permission relates to the conversion of the existing building to a single dwelling as shown in drawings reference 01, 02 and P.774-02 all received on 7th June, 2005, P.774-03A, -04A and -07 all received on 2nd August, 2005 and the Conservation rooflight details shown in the brochure excerpt received on 23rd August, 2005.
Condition 3
The forecourt between the building and the public highway must be set out as shown in drawing 02 but making provision for the protection of the existing tree (shown in drawing reference P.774/03A) during and after paving works.
