Condition 1

This permission relates to the erection of a replacement dwelling as shown in drawing entitled "Approval Drawing" and dated 16th August, 2005 and received in this office on 22nd August, 2005.
Condition 3
The windows in the front elevation must be sliding sash as shown in the submitted drawings and retained as such unless otherwise authorised by the Planning Authority.
