Officer's Report
this application relates to a detached house in King Orry Road, Glen Vine.
The proposal is for a conservatory to the rear of the property 2.85m x 3.7m.
The conservatory is relatively small and will be reasonably in keeping with the style of the house. It will be located close to the boundary with the neighbouring property and because it is at a higher
level than the neighbouring property the impact will be greater than it might otherwise have been. The neioghoours have been contacted and have not made any comment on the application. Given it only extends by 2.8 metres, providing the elevation closest to the adjoining boundary is obscurely glazed, there should be no adverse impact on the privacy of the neighbouring property.
