which was considered on 5 August 2005, for the reasons set out below.

Reasons For Refusal:
- The proposed upvc front door would be out of keeping with the character of the building and would have a detrimental impact on the appearance of the building and on the appearance of the area in general.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
