Condition 1
The temporary changing facilities may be retained for such purposes for a period not exceeding five years after which they must be removed and replaced with an authorised permanent building. REASON: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
Condition 2
Within two months of the cladding being erected to the outer face of the containers/ temporary buildings, must be treated and retained as such thereafter. Reason: to ensure that the cladding has an acceptable impact on the character and appearance of the area.
