Land Between Rheast Lane And The Links South Of, Rheast Lane, Peel, Isle Of Man, IM5 1bg
This application sought to revise the layout of a previously approved residential development on land between Rheast Lane and The Links, south of Rheast Lane, Peel. The revision included the addition of one further dwelling to the scheme, which had an earlier approval under reference 04/00058/B. The Planning Committee considered the application and permitted it on 28 July 2005, in line with the officer's recommendation. Nine conditions were attached to the permission. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to drawing numbers WL/04/903/2C, WL/853/3B, WL/853/2B, WL/853/3A, WL/853/2A, date stamped received on 15th April 2005.
Condition 3
Prior to the commencement of works details of the roof tiles and face brickwork must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee.
Condition 4
No trees may be removed from the site other than those shown on the approved landscaping scheme.
Condition 5
Details of the fencing between the plots must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of works including height and detailing. No approval is hereby given for the fencing to be a height of 2.4m up to the highway.
Condition 6
No development may commence until there has been approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which includes indications of all existing trees and hedges within the site and details of those to be retained together with measures for their protection during the course of construction.
Condition 7
No dwelling on the site shall be occupied until the estate road has been constructed to at least base course level and adequately lit from the junction with the adopted highway up to the access to the dwelling to the satisfaction of the planning authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
Condition 8
No dwelling on the site shall be occupied until the parking facilities and vehicular accesses have been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority before being brought into use and such facilities shall thereafter be so retained.
Condition 9
No works shall be commenced on the penultimate dwelling on the site until the estate road has been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
