This application sought to amend an earlier planning permission (04/01529/B) for two buildings containing industrial starter units and office space at the Isle of Man Business Park, Braddan. Condition 1
1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
2. This approval relates to drawings numbers 01 rev A, 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06 date stamped received 18th April 2005.
Condition 3
3. This approval relates to the erection of two industrial/storage buildings, (excluding any element of retail or storage open to visiting members of the public) with office accommodation where the latter represents the corporate headquarters of companies which utilise the new information technologies and service other business park users (but specifically excluding financial and professional services to visiting members of the public including banks, building societies, estate agencies and betting offices).

4. There must be no external storage of materials on the site.

5. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

6. The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
Condition 7
7. The use of the industrial units is restricted to dry industrial processes only which discharge to the public foul sewer only sewerage from the proposed toilets, wash basins, and canteens.
