In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs R B M Quayle Proposal: Erection of a pair of semi detached dwellings with car parking and service area at: Site Adjacent To Number 17, And At The Eastern End Of Circular Road Peel Isle Of Man
which was considered on 4 November 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to drawing number 20:1:05 date stamped received on 25th April 2005.
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, the yard to the rear thereof must be laid out/demarcated so as to make provision for four car parking spaces to be used in conjunction with the occupation of the new dwellings hereby proposed.
- The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.
- All plumbing stacks must be constructed internally.
- For water connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Planning and Projects Section, telephone 695958.
- The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
- The windows on the front elevation must be sliding sash windows and the front doors must be wooden painted panel doors.
- Prior to the commencement of works details of the face brickwork must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee.
This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 4: An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.
