C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to drawing numbers AT 717.1 and AT 717.2.
C 3. The windows in the side elevation of the garage (facing the boundary with Number 1 Perwick Rise) must have obscure glazing. The level of obscuration used on this elevation must be no less than Level 3 as detailed in the Pilkington’s textured glass range or equivalent.
C 4. The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
C 5. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
