This application sought permission to change the use of a workshop wing — which had itself only recently been approved under a previous application — to stores, and to erect an additional stores extension. The site is part of the Balthane Industrial Estate in Ballasalla, described as a large and incomplete site to the west of the estate's spine road. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of industrial units and associated car parking as shown in drawings AT 652.1 Rev 3, AT 652.2 Rev 3, AT 652.3 Rev 3 all received on 18th March, 2005.
Condition 3
All buildings on site may be used only for industrial purposes including storage.
