This application is retrospective and seeks to clarify the and identify the alterations carried out to the development without planning approval, during the construction phase. This application is the fourth application on this building relating to alterations carried out by the developer during its construction. There are clearly numerous additions to the development that had then been part of an application, would have been dealt with differently e.g. the vent terminal - we would have sent a solution to eradicate them from the peelation. This is an incongruous element, out of keeping with the character of the Registered Building - in addition a section of boundary wall has been removed to (implement) its installation. This affects the setting of the Registered Building. SIDE ELEVATION TOMONA S. The wall mounted lamps should be removed. They are out of character and scale with the registered building. The air conditioning unit shown to the left of the roof balcony and the satellite with (are not) elements we would have agreed to the Registered Building.
