which was considered on 28 January 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 04/1000/2A and 04/1000/2B date stamped the 1st December 2004.
- Any external storage of waste material generated by this use must be stored within covered skips or otherwise screened.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department with regard to the fire precautions contained within the premises.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
