Condition 5
All services including electricity and telephone where installed must be laid underground.
Condition 6
All plumbing stacks must be constructed internally.
Condition 7
No trees may be felled as part of this development.

This approval relates to drawings numbered 04/MA 003, 004, 005, and 006, date-stamped 11th November 2004.
