- By virtue of its style, material, form, and size, the proposed building would be of inappropriate appearance, out of keeping with its use for recreational and leisure purposes and with its parkland setting.
Note: The Planning Committee judges that the proposed building fails to "reflect the Victorian feel of Nobles Park" to which the applicant's letter of the 5 & 05 refers.
