Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to the conversion of the existing building into five apartments and the erection of a new building containing ten apartments, all as shown in drawings SC709/P/10-04, SC709/P10-10, SC709.P12-10, SC709.P12-11, SC709.P10-12, SC709.P10-14 and SC709.P10-15 all received on 30th September, 2004.

No unit shall be occupied until the car parking and turning area has been completed in accordance with the submitted drawings.

All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Condition 11
All trees which are shown on plan reference SC709.P10-12 to be retained must be adequately protected prior to the commencement of works on site. Such protection shall be in the form of stout fencing erected underneath the drip line of the trees thus providing a protected area within which may not be encroached upon nor used for storage of materials.
