The application seeks approval for alterations to an existing garage within the curtilage of a detached dwelling in Sandygate, Jurby.
The alterations comprise of an increase in height through the addition of a double pitched roof. Following representations from the neighbour regarding potential overhanging an amended drawing was received, which removed any overhanging element. I consider the proposal to be relatively unobjectionable and recommend that the application be approved.
