Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to the erection of an agricultural building with cattle handling area as shown in the information and plans submitted on 1st July, 2004.
Condition 3
The height of the building may not exceed 4.85m and the building must be clad in dark brown or dark green sheeting, grey fibre cement sheeting or timber boarding unless otherwise authorised by the Planning Authority.
Condition 4
The applicant must introduce a planting scheme around the building in the first planting season following the completion of the approved development. Such planting must involve a group of deciduous trees to the east of the proposed building, details of which must be approved by the Planning Authority prior to the erection of the building.
