In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Keyside Investments Ltd
Proposal: Erection of a block of six apartments with associated services and garaging on ground floor

which was considered on 3 September 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan and drawing no.s 8914/2A, 8914/3A, 8914/4A, 8914/5A and 8914/6 date stamped the 7th July 2004.
- Prior to the commencement of development samples (type, finish and colour) of the materials of construction must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
- No unit shall be occupied until the car parking and turning area has been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- The parking spaces shall be allocated such that every apartment has a minimum of one parking space.
NOTE The applicant/developer must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway. This requirement includes the use of the highway during the construction phase, including safety measures and provisions for pedestrian movement past the site. Telephone (01624) 686665.
NOTE The applicant/developer should consult with the Fire Safety Department with regard to provisions under the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
NOTE The applicant/developer is advised that the proposed flats must, on completion of the proposed works, comply with the requirements of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982 and be registered thereafter under the same Regulations.
