and Country Planning Acts, 1934-1981
TITLE OF MAN PLANNING SCHEME (DEVELOPMENT PLAN) PROVISIONAL ORDER 1982

In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Isle of Man Local Government Board do hereby REPORT development in accordance with the application issued the plans submitted by you on behalf of
THE WESTERN - Erection of dwelling. Field 685, Gibdale, MALAW.
The "letter called the applicant" and approved by the Planning Committee on the 14th day of March, 1984, subject to the following specifications specified:
"This application shall not be used for any other purpose than to be accepted on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.
The development shall be completed within the period of TWELVE (1) months from the date of this approval WHICH SHALL CEASE TO HAVE BEEN IN MALAW. COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CONDITION except in the event of the request for completion within that period.
The application shall be carried on to completion in a workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee of the Isle of Man, and be completed within the said period of the same month. It shall be a further condition of this approval that the applicant shall submit a new application for consideration on the Committee in respect of the uncompleted development.

All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground to the satisfaction of the Committee and arrangements for the supply of such services acceptable to the Committee must be made PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
The roof must be slate or a slate-like roof to the satisfaction of the Committee.
At least two trees must be planted in association with the proposed dwelling to the satisfaction of the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines & Lands Board and the Committee.
The proposed dwelling must be retained as part of the agricultural living known as "Gibdals", and must not be sold or let off separately before to the satisfaction of the Committee.
The occupation of the proposed dwelling must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture at the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid and such tenancy must be subject at all times to enquiry and approval by the Committee.
A existing farmhouse must be used for farm storage only, to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(1) The size, design and position of the septic tank and its soakaway shall be to the satisfaction of the Byelaw Officer.
