In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Which was considered on 8 October 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in the plans reference Wc/156/01/A, -02/A and -03/A all received on 8th September, 2004.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
NOTE Public foul sewerage crosses this site. The line of the foul sewer must be identified before development work commences. The sewer must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the proposed development may be constructed, nor any trees planted, within 2.5 metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.
NOTE The applicant is requested to supply the Drainage Division of the Department of Transport a copy of any Building Control Application in relation to the surface water discharge from this development.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
