Permission was granted for alterations and an extension to a dwelling at Plot 156 Fairways Crescent, Mount Murray, Braddan, to provide additional living accommodation. The proposal also included raising the roof height of the detached garage to create a storage and studio space in the attic. The site sits within a cul-de-sac in the Woodland part of the Mount Murray development. The application was decided by the Director of Planning under delegated authority and was approved subject to four conditions.
The application was permitted by the Director of Planning under delegated powers on 12 October 2004. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in the plans reference Wc/156/01/A, -02/A and -03/A all received on 8th September, 2004.
Condition 3
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Condition 4
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
