Permission was granted for alterations and an extension to a dwelling at Plot 156 Fairways Crescent, Mount Murray, Braddan, to provide additional living accommodation. The proposal also included raising the roof height of the detached garage to create a storage and studio space in the attic. Condition 1

Condition 3
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Condition 4
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
