Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the conversion of an outbuilding into holiday conversion in Jurby. The outbuilding is located within the curtilage of a detached property and appears to be substantially in construction.
There is sufficient space available for car parking and I consider that the building represents a good opportunity to provide holiday accommodation. The conversion would be sympathetic, replacing a corrugated steel roof with a natural slate roof. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
