Land Adjacent To Securicor And Mea Sites Isle Of Man Business Park Douglas Isle Of Man

Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to the erection of two industrial buildings with office accommodation where the latter represents the corporate headquarters of companies which utilise the new information technologies and service other business park users (but specifically excluding financial and professional services to visiting members of the public including banks, building societies, estate agencies and betting offices), all as shown in the following drawings: 01A received on 18th October 2004 02 received on 22nd July 2004 03 received on 22nd July 2004 04 received on 22nd July 2004 05 received on 19th January 2005 insofar as this shows the allocation of parking spaces 05A received on 31st August 2004 and 06 received on 22nd July 2004
Condition 3
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
Condition 4
The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer. NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
Condition 5
The use of the industrial units is restricted to dry industrial processes only which discharge to the public foul sewer only sewerage from the proposed toilets, wash basins and canteens. NOTE The Water Authority must be contacted prior to the commencement of works to ensure that a satisfactory supply of water may be made available to the premises. NOTE It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to the public sewer or any watercourse. Appropriate measures must be undertaken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with this legislation. NOTE The architect is to consult with the Fire Safety Department with regard to the Fire Precautions contained within these two proposed developments.
