- The proposed flats must comply with the requirements of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982; the applicant/developer is advised to consult the Environmental Health Inspectorate hereon.
- Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date-stamped 14th May 2004.
