Proposed, in principle, is conversion of the house into two flats. The plans of the existing layout indicate six bedrooms. 3. The principal issue is the absence of off- street parking provision. On-street parking would add to existing difficulties. 4. I see no reason why the conversion could not be contrived such as to comply with the Housing (Flats) Regs. There is rear access for bin storage/collection.
