Officer’s Report
The property is in a prominent position on the corner of Station Road and Patrick Street. Proposed is the conversion of the property to a dwelling and the installation of two rear dormers. The use of the building as a dwelling is unobjectionable and complies with the approval in principle. The application is a revision of PA 04/0092 which was refused because of the size of the proposed dormers.
The proposal now reduces the size of the dormers and has changed the finish from render to timber. Steve Moore has agreed the changes and as such the amended design is considered acceptable.
