Officer's Report

Approval is sought to erect an agricultural building adjacent to existing farm buildings at Ballavell Farm, Grenaby Road, Ballasalla. The site is distantly visible from the Grenaby Road, and whilst the portal frame building would extend the grouping of buildings into the adjacent field, the proposed building would be viewed as part of the main farm grouping, and I consider would be acceptable within the landscape.
