Officer's Report
- The site is defined as the curtilage of an end-terraced house (No. 90) on Springfield Road. However, the development is on the golf course alongside the dwelling.
- Proposed is the erection of a safety fence, 20.5 m long high, set 1.3 m away from the side boundary of the house. This would continue the recently approved fence along the rear, and is intended to stop balls landing in the garden and on the house.
- I understand that this proposal has the support of the tenants.
- The fencing is presumably of the same type as the existing.
