Officer's Report
The proposal and the installation of street lighting to the as yet unlit Derby Square gardens within the Upper Douglas Conservation Area. I met with a representative of Douglas Corporation to dissuss the proposals on site and can confirm that this proposal is as discussed.
The details of the soft landscaping are scant. We are left to envisage what is intended e.g. where are the ten tarmac bays for the benches?
