Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
Prior to the commencement of any works other than the lighting, there must be submitted to and approved by the Committee details of the position and nature of all tarmac bays, benches, edging, and soft-landscaping.

Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted plans and details which are date-stamped 22nd March 2004.
