Approval is sought to change the use of an apartment in Highcliffe and Beachmount, The Darrag, Port Erin.

I consider that the additional activity that would result from a tourist use within an apartment building, together with residents on short term basis many cause noise and disturbance to permanent residence and as such I would recommend refusal.
