In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and under the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you.
Conversion into residential dwelling, The Old School House, Poodale, Patrick.
which was considered at a meeting held on the 31 May 1995, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 6.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, Byelaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: NO WORKS MAY BE COMMUNICED ENTIL SUCH TIME AS - a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed. Note 3: Rights of review against the decision of the Planning Committee are attached.

- The building must be used only for domestic purposes.
- The development shall be completed within the period of LWENTY FOUR (14) months from the date of this approval WHICH ANALL CRASE TO HAVE EFFECT IN DEFAULT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THIS COMPETITION except in respect of any development completed within that period.
- Subject to the last foregoing condition, the development having been commenced shall be carried on to completion in a workmanlike and expeditious manner to the satisfaction of the planning committee and if not so completed within the said period of TWENTY-FOUR months it shall be a further condition of this approval that the applicant shall submit a new application for consideration by the committee in respect of the uncompleted development.
- All new windows must be designed to replicate the existing glazing pattern and size of pens. The window frames may be constructed from timber or UFVC/aluminium, however subsidiary glazing bars must be external, not plastic internal strips. All existing mouldings around the window openings must be retained/reinstated following any window replacements.
- If the existing ground surface is to be disturbed then soil samples must be taken and analyzed to determine whether or not contamination exists and if so what remedial steps should be taken.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
