Proposal: Creation of a self contained apartment within lower ground floor including installation of an additional window at: Rudder House Westbourne Close Ramsey IM8 2ES which was considered on 7 May 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s $392 / 01$ and $392 / 02$ date stamped the 23 rd February 2004.
- All flats must be registered and comply with the provisions of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982. The applicant is advised to contact the Office of Environmental Health for application forms and advice regarding the registration of flats.
NOTE Prior to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
