In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you
Proposal: Erection of an agricultural building at: Ballayockey Ballayockey Lane Regaby Ramsey IM7 3HP which was considered on 18 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s I, II, III and 2805-01 date stamped the 12th January 2004.
NOTE It should be noted that the Isle of Man Water Authority have advised that the development is located in close proximity to a distribution water main and that they should be consulted before any works commence.
NOTE It should be noted that the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry's Wildlife and Conservation Office have suggested that trees that are to be removed as part of this development may be used by nesting birds and/or bats. As the habitats of these animals are protected by the Wildlife Act 1990 the Wildlife and Conservation Office must be contacted prior to the removal of any trees in association with the development.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
